The Parallel Playhouse is looking for actors, directors, writers and musicians of every degree. We concentrate on staging inventive original work in a variety of disciplines. For the neophyte, we teach skills devoted to the development of musicals, animated cartoons, films, voice over, video games, radio plays and stage productions. We host monthly workshops, table reads and performances in conjunction with the Wenham-Hamilton Library, The Cape Ann Community Cinema and Stage and our partners from Rockport to Boston.

Give. It’s a parallel process. Your donations stage the play, make the documentary, record the album, and shoot the film. We offer guidance and workshops, technical skills, innovation, and confidence to help. Together we can make sure that young artist with a vision, that super-unknown, that grandma who’s story we all would love to hear, gets a final product, a stage, air time, even a deal.
